The rooms of the hotel were spotless and reasonably spacious with a view.

I appreciated staying at this cheap hotel because of the comfortable ambience. By and large, it was amazing base for sightseeing in Kelowna, had much fun and met very polite staff from the front desk & valet guys to the housekeepers & the lounge staff.

Our room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view, the wooden floors adding a nice rustic touch plus comfy beds, slept well. Exceptional service, though a few employees were very inexperienced. The location was very central, amazing good in both areas.

Our rooms were impeccably clean with the upgraded king size bed and amazing view, for instance as expected. The hotel had a very central location in the centre of town.

Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

This place had an amazing location close to Waterfront Park, the staff were friendly, and they offered complimentary wake-up service and ironing service.

It has stunning location and consistently courteous staff from the front desk & valet guys to the housekeepers & the lounge staff. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located lovely to be on the lake;))

The room had recently been renovated with modern electronics. The breakfast was especially delicious. The hotel was located in a beautiful and convenient area. It was easy to walk to the nearby art gallery. Central heating, a refrigerator, and multi-channel TV were very helpful amenities.

Very central location was a plus. Easy access to Kelowna International airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away. The room was recently refurbished and exceptionally clean and with central heating, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator at your disposal, absolutely gorgeous view...

An incredibly beautiful and gorgeous hotel, I really enjoyed it, staff was very polite. The room was spotless and spacious and had a mini bar, TV set, and a seating area as pictured in advertising. The services were excellent.

The rooms were updated and newly remodelled, for earplugs. It was in a marvellous and stunning location with an art gallery nearby.

As for me, the area was very busy.

The morning meal was delicious with very good coffee. the room was large with at least a partial view. - the heating system was quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The location was perfect, with easy access to the lake and a beautiful park nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an upgrade to my room for my wedding anniversary, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway experience.

The location was unbeatable and awesome, not too far from On The Beach. It was across the beautiful area.

The venue is fairly large and clean with a great value and accommodating staff. King room with big LCD TV, amazing view, as for instance. Marvellous breakfast, brilliant food choice. Stunning location, walking distance to everywhere. Again, not far from Playtime Casino. Early check in and in general terrific service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Simply nothing too much trouble, great stay.
