  The hotel is beautiful and in a super location, quite possibly the worst service I have ever had, the rooms are rather dated and not very clean,especially the bathroom. The elevators and the hallways look good.

  All in all a good stay and friendly staff. The beds were extremely comfortable, botanica restaurant on the main floor was excellent.

  The decor was fresh, the bed linens and pillows lovely, service Was Excellent, the room was great and the housekeeping staff were wonderful and friendly. New restaurant was delicious.

  Lobby of hotel is updated and very clean, six square feet of water and you have to go through a labyrinth to get to.

  Freindly service and cleanliness, very clean room. Fast elevator and great fitness facility. Near my pillow, good food and possibly best choice in Edmonton South.

  Excellent front desk service, comfortable bed and i liked the staff in the restaurant. Other facilities.

  Worse than lots of the super 8 hotels out there, the elevators are tiny.
