  Once we straightened out a small reservation problem, we were given a room with no air conditioning. We were then given a room with air conditioning that barely worked.

  The hotel has terrible front desk staff who don't care about guests at all.

  Great location and the Lobby Ambassador was very helpful and welcoming. I your personnel were fantastic - very friendly.

  That aside i liked the location, the front desk staff was consistently courteous and helpful, they upgraded us to a mini-suite - was fantastic.

  The staff were very welcoming and accomodating, housekeeping also did a great job keeping my room in order.

  Location, location, location, frees wireless.

  Wireless was quite slow.

  Convenient location, free wireless, and great staff. Had problems with my heater and they took care of it right away. Great hotel.

• Planing on returning in Janurary (2008) for two days ,your Hotel is excellent.

  It is in the heart of downtown Saint John ,great shopping, when we were there last time we had wonderfull view of the harbour .Great Hotel
