The location was great, the staff was so friendly that we truly felt welcome here and rooms were very clean and spacious.

The Barrington Enjoys a great downtown location everything on the door stop, a very nice hotel and staff were always helpful and friendly.
Great fittness centre and the location is about as good as any other hotel in Halifax.

There is a club lounge that serves continental breakfast and evening canapes and drinks which is a quiet area away from the bar.
Food: In room dining, buffet/resturant, lobby bar.
Comfy mattress, has more ammenities such as a better selection of restaurants and pool were updated and complete.
Restaurant also served delicious seafood, lovely pool.
Ideal Location near the Waterfront and the Bluenose restaurant just down the hill was a great.
Service was fantastic and the concierge was delightful.
Hot tub area are very nice, halifax doesn't have a large downtown core and the front desk staff are very courteous and helpfull.
Travelling alone I was made to feel very at home by the staff and service was very friendly and helpful.
The Barrington has a great location, the lobby decor is cosy Maritime and the front desk staff are very courteous and helpfull.
Gym & Pool: Nice little pool and has a decent size hot tub.
The elevator was so clean you could see your reflection on the doors and pool were updated and complete.
