The location was good - about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Banff, the price for the hotel package was extremely cheap and the staff were very helpful as we arrived at the end of a trying journey.
The price for the hotel package was extremely cheap and well worth every penny to upgrade to the jr.
The hotel is clean and prices are going to be high.
Tips: Just a note of caution: The hotel is in the middle of Banff National Park, and as such, you will have to pay an admittance fee.
Great location, a person told me before we got to banff prices are as high as mountains you know your in banff and the hotel is close to downtown so.
The location was convenient to day trips in the area, the fire place was nice and warm, i loved all the staff that I came in contact.

Wonderful mountain views, secure underground garage each morning and well located - a reasonably short walk to town.
Accommodations were fine, very spacious room, clean, nice bathroom, comfortable King bed.

Every morning our room was cleaned with little extras such as choclates laid on the bed and water - a nice touch we thought!
Everything about this hotel is wonderfull, the rooms are so comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms which are like a walk in dressingroom and bathroom.
The bathroom was large with a separate section for the toilet and bathtub.
We ate a couple of times in the restaurant for breakfast and once for dinner, but although the food was very good, it was for our taste a bit on the posh side, and somewhat pricey.
We ate breakfast in the restaurant every morning because it was so good!
We didn't eat at the restaurant there as it seemed pretty expensive but had 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner at the Caribou Lodge's Keg restaurant right up the street from our hotel.
We didn't eat in the restaurant (with Banff being just 10 mins walk down the road it seemed unnecessary) although we did have breakfast there which was fine.
Our room was excellent and the breakfast was cooked to order in their gourmet restaurant.
From arrival to departure front desk & concierge staff were friendly, helpful and efficient - let the concierge deal with the parking.
The reception staff and concierge were absolutely super.
Excellent quality bedding too, the service we recieved from all the staff was fantastic and the room was amazing and huge.
The pool area is very nice, we especially appreciated that the entire hotel is smoke-free and service is superb - the bell boy was a wonderful concierge.
The rooms are very well appointed, the hotel spa and pool are excellent and the parking is very welcome.
After a long day of hiking, we would relax in the jacuzzi and pool before doing anything else, an added bonus to the already beautiful stay.
Make sure to check out the mineral pool and the rest of the features of the spa - it is very nice and relaxing.
I really appreciated that a staff member is assigned to clean the front windshield of every car in the heated, the rooms are comfortable.
