The breakfast was good and we loved the small pool and jacuzzi. The location was great and allowed us to explore the area easily.
Poor service and communication. Problems with hot water, phone, and limited TV channels.

We visited such places as pantai seminyak that were adjacent to the hotel. We liked breakfast and staff, nothing bothered us. A kitchen was a big plus

Liked it, but wouldn't stay again. The room design was chic, and the breakfast had great variety. The hotel was also close enough to the main action but far enough to not be disturbed. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and willing to accommodate requests. However, there were some downsides. The hotel food was not as tasty as some nearby restaurants, and we had some issues with things not working and staff not addressing them. Finally, the hotel had trouble with the credit card machine and we had to pay in cash. Wouldn't stay again due to the issues we experienced.
