  This hotel is in a perfect location- we could walk to everything in Rome. The staff was helpful and very kind.

  Questo albergo è in posizione strategica per tutto ciò che Roma ha da offrire. Il personale dell'albergo era molto gentile e disponibile a dare indicazioni e consigli su dove andare. Anche se è proprio sulla strada principale (Corso Emanuele), l'albergo è efficacemente insonorizzato - tapparelle esterne, vetri doppi, e paraluce/rumore interni. Sono stata nella stanza 404 che ha un bagno lussuoso (il più grande del piano a giudicare dal prospetto con le uscite di sicurezza). Però la camera migliore è al quinto piano sul davanti dell'albergo, perché ha un terrazzo che condivide la visuale della terrazza sul tetto.

  The location is excellent for sight-seeing: the majority are within easy walking distance. The room was excellent for the price and the double glazing made it very quiet. I could not fathom how to adjust the heating/aircon but that might be my incompetence!

  The only criticism is that the hot water was not really hot.

  I stayed in two different rooms, and had a bunch of friends that stayed in many more. NOTA BENE: If you want a non-smoking room, specify it. Good thing is, even the smoking rooms didn't smell like smoke. I was truly relaxed, watched TV, took a nap, and was ready to go out again. It's a very well-known American location so be cautious. The staff at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful. Okay, don't be shocked at the size of the elevator.

  After spending my time sweating in the hot sun all day long, I was able to go up to my room using an elevator or lift (whatever you want to call it), take a shower, and enjoy the AC (air conditioning). Okay, the only things I didn't like about the hotel were the overpriced beverages, movies, and internet service.

  Thanks to hotel's ideal location, we were able to go easily & efficiently to wherever we wished. Best location in Rome.

  The quad room was a great size, really clean with all facilities required. The location is just great, 5 minutes from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The 110 tour bus is only 3 minutes walk away for easy access to all sites.

  Great location for those who want to be in the center of all of the tourist attractions. Although I woudn't consider the hotel staff overly friendly, they were more than helpful when we needed assistance. You couldn't beat the location, I can't say that enough. The room was great, after travelling throughout Italy for 2 weeks, it was an overall great room.

  The location is great -- near buses (no problem with crowds by the bus) and a taxi stand and walking distance to many sights. The front desk was helpful and friendly and pretty accomodating. We had 2 rooms for us and my kids, one was large and spacious and had a huge king size bed, the other was a lot smaller, with 2 twin beds.

  The bathrooms were very modern and spacious. The temperature is set down stairs at the main desk and although I complained several times I could not get it cooler than 78 degrees in my room. It was actually cooler in the hall and the other room my kids were in did cool off more.

  You can see it from satellite photos on Google Earth. Staff was courteous and helpful - arranged an advance reservation for us with a Roman restaurant that would not respond to my emails. Bathrooms are recent and in excellent condition. Fine recent double glazed windows eliminate noise from Via Vittorio Emmanuele, although I opened upper floor windows for the evening breeze. Room air conditioning is powerful enough to satisfy cold loving teenage Americans. Two top floor rooms have sweet little open air roof patios - get them for a great view of Roman rooftops! However the elevator stops one floor short of these rooms, and you'll have to walk up the last flight. Breakfast is ok, plentiful and varied, with il solito buono cappucino. Breakfast room chatter indicates more Italians than tourists.

  Wallpaper was a bit worn, room mirrors a bit aged and slightly tarnished - rather like the city, no?
