Friendly staff, beautiful lake view, local food, convenient location for sightseeing, historical villages nearby.

All was perfect.

We were warned that there would be a wedding after we had booked but didn't want to change by then. Didn't expect the fireworks after midnight and very load music till the early hours - but we were warned.

Bit run-down. Small room and bathroom. Breakfast only just OK.

The hotel location is on the lake itself. About 2-3 Kms out of Scanno. Breakfast is the normal Italian basic breakfast. Room is clean and spacious.

The hotel's location is stunning, close to the lake which offers a great opportunity for walks and beautiful views. The room was clean and comfortable with a comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. One of the best things about this hotel was the local bus that stopped right near the hotel, it made it easy to get to nearby towns.

The room was quite stuffy and it was impossible to open the window due to the lack of mosquito netting. Wifi was not available in the hotel, which made it difficult to stay connected.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Service was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel and it was great Good food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the area is so paeceful and pretty with mountains on one side and lake all around.

Great location, wonderful and helpful staff and fantastic restaurant. Rooms were simple, but clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for lake swimming, boating, fishing and great hikes. Scanno - a great place to explore - is just 5 minutes away. We would go back here again and have recommended it to several freinds.

Our group of friends had an exceptional stay at a hotel located in a central spot between beautiful historic villages. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the lake. Breakfast was scrumptious, and the restaurant offered an array of delicious dishes. We enjoyed relaxing evenings on the veranda admiring the lake scenery and lit-up church. The staff was friendly, hospitable, and provided excellent service. We appreciated the hotel's facilities, including parking, and the convenience of being on the shores of a beautiful lake.

The noise level in the hotel was a bit high.

The hotel boasts a beautiful location by a serene lake and offers great access to scenic walking trails. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our new year stay. The rooms were clean and well-furnished with comfortable beds and a stunning view of the surroundings. The breakfast offered a good selection of pastries and cakes, and the restaurant food was delicious.

Although the room was well-ventilated, there was no mosquito netting on the windows, which made it difficult to enjoy the fresh air in the evenings. The hotel lacked wifi, and the soundproofing was poor, making it difficult to sleep with the noise from other guests in the hallway.

We loved the hotel's location by the lake and the staff were very kind. The breakfast had a good variety of cakes and pastries and was served from 8 to 10am. The room was comfortable, clean, and had beautiful views of the lake. The hotel also had good transportation options.

It was all superb.
