        Location is fantastic - shops, this hotel is a good option for travel by train and the staff are really friendly helpful. Moreover the rooms are a bit worn out tidy.

        The location is really good, close to the central rail station and the common areas of the Hotel are well-maintained and stylish. The staff are most helpful and friendly, the rooms are well decorated.

        Location was excellent and the stuff was friendly. The building was very old and the staff were really accomodating. Our room was huge, the breakfast was perfectly acceptable and both receptionists spoke good english.

        Very near the city center and handy to train station. Additionally great value and historical building. Relatively good price and helpful staff. Nice room, high ceiling and the lady in charge to prepare the coffee during the breakfast was excellent.

        Excellent position on Via Roma and near the bus. Moreover good value for money, very helpful staff and the room has a small balcony. Hence high ceilings and nice breakfast.

        Is very very near to the railway station, the location is very good for city sightseeing and the hotel offers an excellent base for visiting Palermo. The staff there are so nice and the rooms are huge.

        Just five minutes from the Central station in Palermo and great Location. Excellent value for money and good staff. Airy clean rooms and the breakfast buffet was generous.
