I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location was excellent. It was just a short walk from the main street, bus station, and harbor, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I especially loved the couch trundle bed, which provided extra seating during the day and a cozy place to sleep at night. Lastly, the hotel had good facilities, including a dining room and basic amenities in the room. Plus, having breakfast included in the rate was a great bonus.

My stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything to fault.

The staff were fantastic, and very helpful. Having a room with a kitchentte and dining table was brilliant. Location up the hill from the bus station and close to the centre of town was perfect.

Staff extremely helful and kind, the hotel is composed of different 2 floors buildings of 4 rooms each and it gives the feeling of beeing at home. The room was very clean

Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the well-appointed rooms with good facilities, such as a table and sofa, to the complimentary breakfast included in the rate. Additionally, the hotel's location, just a few blocks away from the bustling main street, ensured a peaceful and relaxing stay.

It is a few blocks away from the main street which is a problem when the weather is unsettled, which is often. The rooms are apartments and are advertised as such, but you are not able to cook at all. This was very inconvientent.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had two great things to offer. the rooms were spacious and had a separate living room, which was perfect for relaxing with my family. the hotel was located in the heart of the town, with easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants. the hotel had a decent breakfast spread, which was included in the room rate.

My experience at the hotel was far from perfect. The biggest disappointment was the poor level of cleanliness.

The room was large and spacious, with a dining table and kitchenetter-type amenities such as a sink, crockery and cutlery, microwave and a mini-fridge. The room had been recently renovated so was in excellent condition and the housekeeping staff kept it immaculate during our stay.

The hotel is located about five blocks from the main shopping/eating strip of San Martin, up a sometimes steep hill. While this did not bother me so much, it might be of concern for older travellers, especially as the footpaths are in terrible condition and the steepness of the hill could be a problem in snowy or icy weather.

The accommodation is located within walking distance to the town center and bus terminal. The nearby cafes offer tasty breakfast options to start the day. The suite's bedroom and bathroom were clean and equipped with necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The suite's kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, plates, fridge, and a microwave, providing flexibility and convenience.

The customer service is lacking, with staff showing limited social courtesies and not providing adequate assistance.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our baggage safely. The location was great, away from the touristy areas and close to transportation.

The room was a bit noisy at night, we could hear some street noise and people talking in the hallways. The WiFi was slow and not very reliable, which was a bit frustrating when trying to plan our activities for the day.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, just a few blocks away from the main street of Ushuaia. The staff are friendly and always willing to help with tips on sightseeing in the area. this hotel provides good facilities and attention to detail, making it a great choice for a comfortable stay in Ushuaia.
