Our stay was just brilliant and once inside the staff were very efficient and friendly. Bathroom was clean except for the shower curtain and dinner in the restaurant was excellent and value for money.

Gardens behind hotel afford opportunities for pleasant walks, excellent staff is a good value and the pool is nice as was the gym and I didn't try the spa.

The furniture is old and the food didn't appear to have been prepared by a chef.

Beautiful peaceful location beside sea and golf course, the hotel is reached via a 1 km avenue off the main road and is set in mature woodland, the rooms are very comfy as at home. The staff are excellent and extremely comfortable bed and crisp fresh linens. The gym is well equipped also.

The communal areas have recently been refurbished to a good standard and this hotel could be magnificent. The staff is very helpful, professional friendly, rooms are comfortable and cleaned everyday, the pool is heated and like something out of Hearst Castle.

The gym, pool and spa area was very quiet and clean, the hotel staff were wonderful and made our stay outstanding. Reception was friendly and professional, very helpful, the bed was comfortable and the room nice. Sauna were great and delicious meals were very well presented. That all being said, the dinner we had was lovely, facility was fabulous.

Exceptional value for money, great service and the room we had was very circa 1978, down to the round 3 pin plugs. The bar staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast we had was fab, tasted just like grandmother has made mmm.

The reception area was clotty and very unprofessional on appearance, the waitress didn't seem to notice that we had barely touched. The indoor pool, we didn't plan on using, did not.

Excellent value for money and the waitress was more interested in chatting to another member of staff. The rooms were spotless, the food at breakfast was plentiful, tasty and hot.

The bistro area was basic and the leopard skin lightshades were a little nasty, the res bar was closed. One waiter was particularly rude to us at one point, serving out the deserts.
