We stayed at this place and had a great experience. The location in the new market area was perfect for exploring the city and all its attractions. The room service, housekeeping, and laundry services were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. We also appreciated the tours and ticket assistance available, making it easy for us to plan our sightseeing. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free toiletries provided. The flat-screen TV and AM/FM alarm clock added to our comfort. The dining restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Park street subway station is only 5 minutes' walk from hotel. Location was only a short distance to new market and other tourist spots.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Kolkata's new market area, and I must say that I was quite impressed. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the clean and well-equipped rooms with bath facilities, to the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

Although there were some minor areas that could be improved upon, all in all, my stay at this hotel was a pleasant one.

The satff, although some were competent, were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The manager was appreciative of our many really rather serious grumbles and gave us a refund of one night's accommodation to atone for the failings of the hoteol, without quibble.

It was undergoing extensive renovations; the fridge did not work; the water for the shower was cold; the room was very small; there was no western option for breakfast (unique in my extensive travels in the East) and the first morning the waiter had to be given lessons by us on how to make tea with hot water, and toast with whole slices of bread which were nowhere to be seen ... Not good at all, and very expensive for what was on offer. But the manager saw that all this was true, and gave the third night as a complimentary one. I have to wait until I see my bank statement in the uk, as he would not refund cash.

We loved staying in this hotel. It was in a great location near the Newmarket area and very close to the Park Street metro. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was tasty. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating!

Nothing was perfect, but overall our stay was really enjoyable.

This is my second visit to this hotel. The reason is the location. Compared to the former visit, the lobby area and the restaurant has been remodeled.It looks brighter and nicer. Free WiFi is available only at the lobby area but the speed is fast and the condition is stable. It is importanat point for the business trip.

The hotel I stayed at during my weekend break was fantastic! I was pleased to receive a complimentary bottle of water in my room each day, and I appreciated the newspaper delivery every morning. The location was also perfect for exploring the city on foot. I was able to visit the National Museum and Mother Teresa House with ease.
