The location is good, in the middle of the city. Breakfast is basic, but good enough for energy. If you have a problem, question, the staff will help you to find a solution. But the other things below...
The staff can speak not much English, 1 person don't speak english. The staff is so young, 3/4 between 18 and 24 I think. They don't have enough experience. I think they dind't go to a hotelschool, because they just don't know how to run a hotel. Breakfast is in front of the reception, never seen before. TV in the lounge room next to the reception was scandalous loud, 21:00, 00:00, 03:00, it didn't matter,...You could hear it easily in your room. Even a german man who arrived there was also not happy about it. No new towels, you need to do it with 4 days, no cleaning floor, in the ceiling was glass with no curtain, so every morning i woke up at 06:30. Barbara, the receptionist, was strange,... the first morning, i felt that somebody was watching to me while i was eating and she was watching... the 4th and last morning she said hello to a german couple and to me nothing. Probably she thinks if i smile that i want her, i am just friendly. Even the checkout was funny, maybe 3 words she said. And than she said in spanish, also like the days before, to the cleaning lady : '' you can clean his room now " ! Like i was annoying. Barbara maked also a very big mistake : i did give my key to her from the room, 1 hour later i came back, the key from the room was in front of the desk. If anyone wanted, they could have take the key and break in to my room. On the 4th evening i discovered that cold was hot in the shower, probably a big mistake maked by the person who installed the bathroom. On an other day i was talking with Barbara and a man after the reception, 2 staffmembers. I turned my back and after 5 seconds, start speaking spanish, probably about me. Price is to high if such things happen.

Very nice and quiet rooms in a very central position. Old building recently restored, belle epoque ambience very well kept.
Everything was OK

I recently had a wonderful stay in a centrally located hotel in Buenos Aires. The hotel is situated on 9 Avenue, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The spacious rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with clean sheets and a comfortable bed. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. Plus, the hotel had a charming old Venetian palace-style feel, adding a unique touch to my experience.
It's worth mentioning that there were a few language barriers with some of the staff members, which could be a challenge for non-Spanish speakers like myself.

We were not happy to have the situation where we were not allowed to pay the hotel in Argentinian pesos with the official rate of the day. The hotel actually charged us not at the official rate but our us dollar quoted price was charged at a rate of about 20% higher than the official rate at 6 pesos rather than 5 pesos. This effectively meant we paid 20% more for our room at this hotel. If we had known this in advance we would have probably booked another hotel with better facilities for an equal price. In our month long visit to Argentina this was the only hotel where this happened.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to all the key attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-lit, and the windows offer great views of the city. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with freshly baked croissants and rich Colombian coffee.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the shower was quite small. the Wi-Fi was not very reliable, and the connection kept dropping.

Spent a lovely Easter holiday in a small hotel located in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always offering assistance with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had air conditioning to keep us cool during the hot days. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. One of the best things about this hotel was its location, which was walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. Another advantage was the free Wi-Fi, which allowed us to stay connected with friends and family back home.
The hotel lacked an elevator which made it difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs. The bathroom was small and lacked proper ventilation which left the room feeling humid and damp throughout our stay.
