Rather spacious and tidy units with very good facilties and great staff. Bonus point for climate control and coffee. Unbeatable location just next door to the long shopping street, the center of the historic town and luxury shopping, only 5 minutes walk from a Roman Catholic church.

I truly enjoyed our prestige king room with all the facilities modern travelers require, and a comfortable bed. The staff were amazingly nice and consistently courteous when we had questions.- In general, the service was excellent.- The location of the hotel was great, close to a main shopping street.

Location, in the heart of Bordeaux. comfortable to know all the city center. wifi was going very well and comfort of the bed. discount for the Big Men parking lot. parking lots are quite expensive and in our case for five days we were reduced from 110 to 75 euros.
It was the only room on the floor without a window to the street, overlooking an inner courtyard with a plant and a folding that appeared and disappeared. There was no noise, no view either. size of the toilet was minimal, slightly obese person would have trouble sitting on the toilet. carpet in the common areas and staircase gave the feeling of not being very clean, then the rooms were, so I think the carpet was just a feeling. Finally I think it would be good if they warned that you can't drive up to the door of the hotel and that they have an agreement with the Big Men parking lot. We did not know and first we went around several times trying to get to the hotel, then we parked in a parking lot next to the cathedral... we walked to the hotel, where we were advised of the agreement with the other parking. We went immediately to change places and for less than an hour of parking we were blown 4 euros. It would not be too much to warn in the announcement of the agreement with the other parking.

I loved the tidy prestigious queen room with a balcony, I could have stayed there all day, with a shower, hairdryer, and bath towels provided.

Friendly administrators. They speak a little English. There is a discount in the underground parking next to it, it is better to find out its location in advance, leave your car there and walk 250 m to the hotel, because the center is limited for entry, but our navigator did not know it. The hotel will give you a discount coupon. It's not bad to stop for one day to explore the city.
The small room looks even smaller due to the dirty brown colour of the walls and the terrible lighting. As everywhere else, they ask you not to throw towels on the floor so as not to change them, but there is one hook for all four and no dryer for them.

The superior double room was practical and compact, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed, a clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Excellent central location, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, of a sensible size with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. We would recommend the hotel for these reasons, bearing in mind the shortcomings of the bathroom.
Depressing dining facility which did not encourage us to stay for breakfast. Whilst the a/c worked well, as far as we could see, it was not adjustable for temperature and was if anything, too cold! The modern bathroom facilities looked good but the wall fixing for the shower head was fixed at the wrong angle (and was not adjustable) and as a result, directed the water past the partition and caused splashing of the floor. It was awkward to climb over the high side of the bath in order to shower and the bath waste plug arrangement did not work. A walk-in shower cubicle (without bath) would in our opinion have made more sense. Although there was a door to the wc, the washing area was completely open to the bedroom and offered no privacy whatsoever, which could be a problem for some clients.

The room was spacious with a separate bathroom, offering a stunningly beautiful view. We enjoyed an exceptionally comfortable bed, shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. The hotel is conveniently located on a charming pedestrian street, just a short walk from central attractions.

The location is fantastic right in the middle. The street is pedestrian and no cars can pass through except for taxis. The staff is friendly but the person who answered the phone didn't speak English well, hence the confusion with the name of the car park. Otherwise fine. You have to leave the room key every time you go out. They have 24-hour reception. Regarding the room, it is typical of French hotels, that is to say the bathroom is small. The shower has a translucent screen that faces the room itself, so if you share the room with someone you trust, they will see you naked unless they leave. Luckily the toilet is separate and has a door. It is air-conditioned so in July this is a good thing.
The lift was broken during the two days we spent there and we were in a 4. The directions to the parking lot with which the hotel has arranged a discount were confusing and we got the wrong parking lot and could not get the discount.
