A basic hotel but with everything you need for a short stay in Clermon- Ferrand. The hotel staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to help when I had to stay a few extra days; finding me a room and putting me in touch with other english people as well as giving advice about the area. Very welcoming and would definately come back!

Convenient location, friendly staff, free wifi, lowish price.

Very noisy building. Sleep difficult.

Good location, near train station and city center, in a "living" environment.

Clean room and bath-room; would need a refurbishment, however. Poor fire escape route.

Blankets - not fresh Bed cover - not fresh Sheets - not fresh Room - generally untidy when I arrived The windows were opened when I arrived into bedroom, autumn leaves on the floor after blowing in through windows. Bathroom - floor was unclean. Night entrance door - very insecure, not strong, entrance was by key code after 10:30pm, but generally not a secure door. The door should be replaced with a solid timber door. Stairway to bedrooms - noisy and could be cleaner. I didnt have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment.

Very pleasant staff. Owner Hans very friendly and interesting to speak with. Fairly central location and within easy walking distance to centre of town.

Breakfast a shade too expensive.
