We had stayed at this location before in October of 2006.
HUGE pool with plenty of toys and towels for everyone; and an ideal location (about 5 miles south of all the noise and hubbub of the pier).
I chose this place because of oceanfront location, internet access, available kitchen, and exercise room.
It is not a luxury property, but for an oceanfront location, it is a bargain.
They made the 2 bedroom suites with one less bed though, so kids are on the pull out couch.
The size of the twin room was ok, but we had been given a room for the disabled, so had grip rails around the toilet, and bath.
The two bedroom, two bathroom units were a bit cramped for six but we made it work.
We had a total of 8 people stayed in 2 bedroom suites for 5 days.
I booked our reservation through "bluegreen" and told them we required a 2 bedroom suite to sleep 6.
It's wonderful, with 7 pools (2 indoors), 4 spas, a computer/reading room, a fast-food restaurant, a bar, and the rooms were just wonderful (with kitchnette).
We ate only one meal in dining room and don't recommend it, but there is other food nearby, and a large grocery store just down the road.
Starr gave us great information on restaurants and things to do around the area.
They no longer have a restaurant or a lounge.
A simple bar accross the patio windows was used to shut them.
Great decor, everything looks new, and the service from the staff couldn't have been more responsive or professional.
The staff were to a person very friendly & helpful.
This was our first time in Daytona, and we enjoyed the experience thoroughly with the help of the staff at the Seabreeze.
The staff was helpful from the time we checked in until the time we left.
Resort had live entertainment by the pool which was very nice.
The pool was a nice size and heated which is a plus when the weather was in the mid 70's in early March.
The pool lost the sun around 5:00 pm when it started to drop on the west side of the resort and the area cleared out shortly after but then picked up in the evening again.
We found our room to be very clean and comfortable.
If you are looking for a clean room with a kitchenette, great view of the ocean and a PRIVATE balcony, then pick this hotel.
The rooms were very clean and we had everything that we could of wanted or needed.
Our room was very clean and comfortable for a 3 nights stay with two teenagers.
The staff is always very accomadating and the rooms are spacious and very clean.

There are also several restaurants within walking distance (Red Lobster was excellent, although I can't offer similar accolades for the Denny's across the street.

But the rooms are clean and nice. Water pressure in the shower is great. The beach is beautiful and service is excellent.
