The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit.
My family arrived to find out that they had upgraded us to a better room.
Our room had mold on the wall that was hidden behind the curtain--not noticed until I shut it for the night: nice black and pink stuff!
Bought some Febreze which made the room tolerable for the one night we were there (nothing else available in our price range).
Noise in hallway comes straight into the room, but not the worst thing on my list for a hotel that simply is not being maintained, which is too bad.
