  Too bad that not much for a budget is available in this area and truly the worst hotel experience of my life. Breakfast is good.

  The location is very good and this hotel is one of the worst hotel I had ever stayed in. For the price, could be a little bit better and the staff are friendly. The room/space is hellah big, the breakfast is the TRUE definition of continental.

  The small window has no screen and the street cars do start early, fresh fruit to make more balanced. The manager is very arrogant and unhelpful.

  Easily accessible by very frequent tta street car from downtown and good location. Just leaving the hotel, amazing price and the front desk staff were very helpful. The bed was confortable, bathroom was nice, breakfast was standard continental.

  Our view was spectacular, the location was almost perfect for a budget hotel and the front desk clerk was helpful and efficient. My room was spotless i arrived and thoroughly cleaned every day, breakfast was good for the rate.

  Excellent location for event we attended at palais royale on lakeshore and the best value for our dollar. Details readily available from front desk prior to arrival, bathroom is good.

  Location good and excellent for Budget Minded Travellers. Exceptional staff and amazing rooms. Breakfast one of the best.

  Next to the streetcar station very noisy, the distance from the foot of the bed to the wall was less than a foot.

  Great location, the description of the hotel I booked said newly renovated and first of all the front desk service was fantastic. Hallway and other rooms were very quiet, the free hot breakfast was a plus.
