Getting there.

From the North, take the Don Valley Parkway and exit Lake Shore Road East at Lake Shore. Make your way to Cowwell Avenue and turn left on Coxwell. Head further to Queen Street East, turn right and go one block until you see the hotel on your left side. From the South, travel North along Coxwell Avenue to the second traffic light. Follow the same direction as described above. From the East, head along Kingston Road to Queen Street. From the West, follow QEW to Gardner Express Way. Exit on Lake Shore Boulevard. Form the airport, take highway 427 and exit Gardner Express. Make your way to Lake Shore Boulevard and turn left after Coxwell Avenue. The hotel is steps form the there.

  The location is excellent for lcbo and in front of the Hotel there is a stop for the streetcar15 min to downtown. For the price we paid , we could have gotten a little deal and the staff is very nice. The rooms are pleasant and above average for a days inn, the complimentary breakfast is meh, upgraded us to a King size bed and even allowed late checkout.

  The location is excellent, grose place, owner is a slum lord in my humble opinion and room is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is good.

  Price could have been a little more competitative and staff is not customer friendly.
