  The location is perfect and convenient Metro train right in front of hotel. The lobby has complimentary coffee available at all times and service is good. The water in the shower would go from hot to cold within two seconds.

  Metro light rail outside door, the staff is extremely friendly and the room itself is pretty big.

  The place is old, worn and in desperate need of renovation, toilet not cleaned thoroughly, evidence of previous users.

  The location was good for our needs and hotel was clean. The staff were friendly, gina, the manager, was very nice and professional, the beds were big and comfy. Pool/jacuzzi were decent sized.

  Good location, fast food across road and the hotel also provides complimentary copies of USA Today. Great price, continental breakfast in lobby and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

  Excellent location, nice place and good for the price. Staff were helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent and the pool was great my kids really enjoyed.

  Location near asu and great stay. Nice desk staff and comfy bed. Good choice for passing through Phoenix/tempe, the pool closes kind of early at 10pm.

  The price was reasonable for the service, location and decent breakfast, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the TV had loads of channels, the aircon was quiet and effective and the room was huge. The coffee was good.
