Days Inn Suites Tuscaloosa - University Of Alabama - 塔斯卡卢萨

Location is convenient to shopping, the rooms are very spacious.

Rooms are large, the manager is very helpful and friendly.

No indoor corridors, fleas in my room and a clanging AC meant a sleepless night.

I made a reservation for a single king room at the Days Inn in Tuscaloosa, AL.

The rooms are well kept and comfortable and have small sitting areas and fridges.

Not much to breakfast; donuts stale; coffee terrible and no real cream; packets of dry powder only!

There is a good continental breakfast and a nice little indoor heated pool.

The staff was very helpful in helping me find directions to the area, days Inn Tuscaloosa was actually pretty good for the value and the front desk personnel was very nice too.

I have stayed in many of the Tuscaloosa area hotels and you can not beat the value and service of the staff at the Days Inn.

Housekeeping didn't clean our room; when I called down to complain to the front desk, she said there was nothing she could do, but she'd leave a message for the manager.

They then offered to transfer my call to someone "higher up" in customer service who might could help.

And they failed to mention that the second reservation could not be canceled until after it was too late.

Realizing I had made a mistake in the reservation I called the reservation toll-free number and was told that they could make a new reservation but I would have to contact the hotel directly to cancel the original one.

I called the hotel and was told that not only could I not cancel the original reservation but that I could not even cancel the new one either.

The staff was very friendly and the room was pretty clean.

The room was clean and the heated pool was nice.
