• Dishonest Hotel

  We stayed there in December for my grandfathers funeral. One night my niece got sick so we needed to replace the sheets. We were directed to take the soiled sheets to the laundry room, which we did and were given some sheets - not a full set.
  
  A few days after checking out I noticed that there was a $50 charge on my credit card. For over a month and a half I have been trying to resolve this issue with no result. I have left many messages with the owner, but he has yet to call back.
  
  I contacted the Days Inn headquarters and have learned that each hotel is independently owned and that there is nothing they can do to help me and that I have to resolve this issue with the hotel directly.
  
  I am very disappointed with this entire situation, if I had taken a sheet I would own up to it. But I didn't, that is why it is so unjust.
  
  I feel the owner of this hotel can steal from his guests and provide no means to contact him.
  
  If you can stay somewhere else I would suggest you do so to prevent yourself from having to deal with what I am.
