  Comfortable beds and free breakfast.

  The room was dusty, facilities old, staff unfriendly and location not great, good situation and could easily be made back to a first class hotel.

  Good location, quiet, free parking, well positioned for a bus trip either west to the beach and the hotel is nice,good continental breakfast. The staff is friendly, beds are comfy and a few dry cereals to choose from.

  The location is good, for the price this is a great place to stay and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable and breakfast is fine.

  Location and best value, staff were helpful in arranging a taxi, the rooms were a good size and the hotel was on a main bus route. The lobby area was very nice, internet were free and sheets were clean. Continental breakfast was adequate.

  Front desk was intimidating and rude, lamps were not in use on account to eco friendly ceiling lighting, the toilet seat was nasty.

  On a direct bus/metro route to the beach, in terms of the actual hotel, the rooms are fine and front desk people didn't seem professional and friendly. The air conditioning very good, early morning continental breakfast is great too.

  Good location and underground parking was free and seemed pretty secure. The price was right and the hotel was better than i expected, the customer service at the front desk was most helpful. The room was spacious, the breakfast was included and had a very nice selection of fruits.

  The only clean areas in the room was the bed and bathroom facilities, this hotel was clearly the worst of our stops. Staff were very friendly and the receptionist on duty 10 Feb was very helpful. Shower worked well and breakfast was good.

  Location was good for my purposes and overall the hotel was just ok. Staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable. We skipped the complimentary breakfast and left 1st thing, the rooftop garden was very nice.

  Prices were good for this area close to the ocean and the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful, the bathroom was spacious and breakfast was just a joke we did not used this service after the second day anymore.

  Good location just a short cab ride from 3rd street and hotel is conveniently located near restaurants. Staff are very helpful and balcony is huge.

  Convenient location and just a few mile from beach. Situation of hotel fine, reasonable price and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable, the Free Daybreak Breakfast was not a breakfast.
