Very close to Alamo and Riverwalk for fraction of price of hotels on Riverwalk.
Very convenient location and the hotel presented a good value compared to adjacent properties.
The location was fine, customer service was the best we have ever had at any hotel and the price was reasonable.
I cannot afford to pay $150 dollars a night or more to stay right on the riverwalk so I booked this hotel a few blocks away and I am really glad.
Next time I would upgrade as there were many motels very close to this location.
Great location and clean, well equipped room.
This Days Inn is expensive for a motel, but cheap for it's location!
Not a luxury hotel, but very comfortable and GREAT location.
The location is excellent, literally within walking distance from the Riverwalk and Alamo.
The air conditioner blows cold air right at the bed, which kept waking me up the first night, until I realized that the room would stay cool enough for hours with it turned off.
The second room had the aforementioned pockmarked tub, with discolored grout.
Rooms were cleaned everyday with plently of clean towels.
The Beds were clean, the carpet dirty and the furniture run down.
In the room where I stayed, there were eight holes drilled in the top of the dresser, ostensibly to secure a long-gone TV.
The continental breakfast was ok but the staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly.
We liked the fact that there was a Denny's restaurant about a block away.
Continental breakfast of bagels, muffins and cereal was good considering most motels/hotels offer no breakfast.
The breakfast was coffe, orange juice, and muffins, not great but I wouldn't have expected anything more.
Free continental breakfast wasn't that great, but okay.
Front desk staff were helpful and professional, our room was looked after well, towels were clean.
The new management under Anna Mercado cannot be responsible for properly making reservations and the staff is unfriendly and less than helpful.
I gave them the confirmation number I was given over the phone and the hotel staff confirmed the reservation had been entered in the computer for Friday.
The place was dirty, run down and the staff (including the manager) did not care at all if you had problems with your room.
They did have some good customer service and Marisol was very friendly and accomodating.
Good value for the money and staff for the cheese plate was great.
Staff were able ao answer all our questions and provide us with maps etc that we needed.
The AC worked and the beds were comfortable and clean.
The rooms were very clean, and the showers were hot.
10 per person its a great value, clean rooms and continental breakfast of bagels.
The staff was nice and nothing except our second room was actually clean.
The staff was nice, our room was clean, and it was only a five minute walk to the Alamo and riverwalk.
