The queen room was well-organized with queen beds, so guests had all the essentials. A microwave, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge were a huge plus. the setting of the hotel was comfortable and decent, close to everything.

Modern, clean hotel, excellent value. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge available in the family room. Hypo-allergenic pillows, comfy bed. Easy check in and a good service throughout my stay. Not to mention free wifi! Location so close to nearby eateries, downtown, and restaurants.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet area that is close to everything I needed. The location was perfect for me as it was easy to get to the golf courses nearby. The service was great, room amenities were lovely, and there was air conditioning which was much needed! The leisure facilities, like the swimming pool and sauna were fantastic, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

I didn't like anything.

The room was dirty, old, falling apart. Rugs not vacummed, mattress stained, hair on bathroom floor, old water stains all over ceiling, windows broken and filthy, mirror in bathroom ready to fall off wall. Unbelievable that they are open and charging money for this facility. Bathtub did not drain properly. Nauseating!

During my stay at Quality Inn Owen Sound, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff promptly addressed the issue with the broken coffee maker, and the hotel's ongoing renovations show their commitment to improving the property. The comfortable beds made it easy to get a good night's sleep after my night shifts. I would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.
