No new towels daily, old ones left in room.
The clerk told my husband the room would be ready by 1.
I asked if we would be receiving a discount because the room wasn't ready when we were told and she said that there was no manager on duty until Monday (this was Saturday) but that I could talk to the manager on Monday.
We took our stuff back to the car and didn't come back until after 3 pm and the cleaning staff was still finishing the room when we came back.
I called the front desk and the clerk was very rude and unhelpful.
I asked if the check in policy was 1 pm as their website and the sign in the lobby stated and that was confirmed.
We brought our bags up to the room and the room was not clean.
Then she asked if we could leave and take our stuff because the staff wouldn't clean the room until we and all our belongings were out.
