Cozy base for exploring Newport. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Beautifully maintained and spotless rooms with a towel, bathroom, and nice fridge. The absolutely perfect location for the price, close to Walmart, fast food places, Asheville, NC, and Newport.

The location was peaceful and exceptionally nice - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, it was so close to Newport as well as walmart fast food places.
The staff - some of them were kind of rude.

The room was spotless and perfect and complete with bathroom and nice fridge, as example, I had everything needed. Booked it for me$ 78. Every staff member was superbly friendly and attentive. The location was great and quiet, just off Wal-Mart fast food places and Waffle House and fast food restaurants and easily accessible. Also, Newport Cinema was 2 miles away.

I got good sized and beautifully maintained room with a towel, bathroom, nice fridge as advertised. The location of the hotel was nice, close to everything. No complains at all, I enjoyed this venue and would like to come again.

Great and absolutely perfect location close to Walmart and fast food places. Ruby Tuesday is a short 5-minute walk away and perfect for a meal. A great way to end our trip

Pillows are like small sand bags. Very noisy because of its proximity to the interstate. Cleanliness was ok. No cold water in sink. Other guests were being loud and yelling late into the night. The hotel staff got my booking messed up. Indian lady acted as though I had booked it wrong even when I presented correct verification of my booking online. It was ok for one night. Probably wouldn't return.
