  Poor maid service--did not get coffee supplies for 5 days I stayed, bathroom was dirty and toilet stopped up on my second day (no, no kids playing). High speed internet was very slow; "some hot items" on the breakfast menu translates to "toast your own frozen waffle or french toast, nuke your own oatmeal"; charged for the in-room safe? Because I was booked through a sports travel agency, I paid 3-4 star prices for what was clearly not a 3-star hotel--pictures and verbiage on the web notwithstanding, had I paid regular price, I might have expected the lower quality.
