The price was great, hotel was clean and the front desk was efficient.
We did get a reduced rate for staying in the hotel part, but the dog fee offset that discounted rate completely.
About the location and environment: There is a train line in front of the hotel and trams 100 meters away.
This location looks updated on the outside and this town is wonderful.
The location is very good, the centrum is 10 minutes away by tram or metro, but it is a little hard to find the hotel if you have not been there before or if you do not have a good map.
The room and bathroom was clean but the carpet under the bed needs a good vacuuming.
We were originally going to stay at one of the plantations (which has bed and breakfast), but we changed our minds, as we wanted to save money.
Our daughter stayed in another room, 2 aunts and uncles stayed in 2 other rooms and our brother-in-law stayed in one room and his daughters in another room.
Our daughter had a room with 2 double beds.
These rooms have a cement veranda with white rocking chairs and each room includes a vanity table.
There are a lot of restaurants closeby, mostly fast food or chains.
The maids were pleasant, but knocked on the door by 8 each morning before we had even eaten breakfast.
Plenty of hot water, the breakfast was adequate as well.
The breakfast attendant was equally sweet and helpful.
I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
The maid service was excellent, this room had obviously been renovated and the sheets were clean.
At a reasonable charge, friendly staff and the maids snuck in to clean.
I leave an amount on the pillow, and leave a note thanking the maid for her service.
Amazing value for money, nice staff and plenty of hot water.
As you look at the photo of the main building (where the lobby is located and the breakfast area), the rooms are behind this building- two floors, outdoor access, stairs, no elevator.
The computer was removed last week from the lobby, so if you want to check on your emails forget it.
The pool was really disgusting and definately had not been refurbished.
The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
Bathroom was clean and breakfast was a better than expected continental.
The staff was very pleasant in all departments, the room was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was quite decent.
Extremely pleasant staff and nice clean room.
Additionally the staff is very helpful, the rooms are pretty basic buy well appointed and clean.
