The room was spacious and newly upgraded with a King bed, fridge, microwave, and a nice shower. The location was fantastic, close to 821 Murfreesboro Pike and many restaurants. I enjoyed dining at King Buffet, which was only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

I liked nothing about this hotel. I spend about 30 weeks a year in hotels, mainly budget hotels like Days Inn which are usually fantasic value with helpful, friendly staff. I have been doing this for about 26 years. This was the worst experience I can remember. It was so bad they gave me a $10 refund (which was not enough). It would be too expensive at any price. The only recommendation I can make is that so few people were staying there the internet worked really fast

This was the worst experience I can remember. It was so bad they gave me a $10 refund (which was not enough). I arrived in 99 degree temperatures and was given a key for room 550. This did not work. Returining to the reception they "re-cut the key". That failed too. On the third attempt the girl looking after the desk was more interested in talking to her friend on the cell phone than helping me - the only guest there mid afternoon. Eventually she gave me new plastic keys and would not believe me when I told her they failed to work too. Now 45 minutes after arriving she was persuaded to stop talking on her cell phone and come to open the door. When she did she grudgingly believed the room did not open. I was given 551 next door. This had no towels, no iron and a strange smell but the a/c worked so who cares. Next morning I found the toilet backed up too. On a scale from one to ten this hotel scores minus 2. The shuttle bus that took me to the airport next morning had split and torn seats, was dirty and the engine was leaking coolant. If I had not been flying that day, and needed to catch the flight to get home I would have taken a cab.

Enjoyed the new room with a hot tub 🛁, and the staff was really friendly and helpful!

The breakfast had a great selection of food, like coffee, slices of fresh bread and cereals. There were cool, decent rooms with a King bed and the shower, for instance.

The room here was spacious with two brand-new beds, central heating, a TV, and a writing desk.

We had to wait for the shuttle for over an hour at the airport. Then we were dropped off at someplace other than the lobby. The part of town looks to be in the worst part of town, We were afraid to leave our room.

Great hotel with good Wi-Fi. The staff was helpful, we had an easy check-in. The food was great with a good choice of options.

The location here is fantastic, the bed is really comfy, and it's just a short walk to a nearby Waffle House and other attractions.

Nothing good to say about this hotel or its owners. The Booked.net website shows 24 hour shuttle. However, the owners report that they "recently stopped that service" - I had to take a cab from the airport when their website and the Booked.net shows this as an option 24/7 (not true). For the ride back to the airport (in their very unsafe/dirty van), they further disrespected me and misrepresnted timing on the shuttle -- I waited 50 minutes in their lobby! They try to get you to pay extra for an immediate ride and then make your wait if you do not take them up on it! The outdoor lighting and loud neighbors kept many guests (incluing me) from sleeping. Room was dirty. Bad business. At all costs -- stay elsewhere!!
