Great location and so quiet - an extra win 😊.

Got recently refurbished, well-maintained room with double beds.

Liked a writing desk and an iron in the room. It had a clean bathroom, which is always an advantage. Really helpful staff on to the next shift and the location was convenient and perfect close to everything. Went to Applebee's for drink or two, set not very far from the hotel.

The room here was recently redone and super well-kept. We even had a microwave and fridge 🍿. The bathroom had a nice bathtub, which was a big plus!

The location is close to the highway.

The floors are super thing and hollow sounding. The TV and lamp shook when you walked quietly across the room. Every time I rolled over in bed it made a squacking noise.

This quiet hotel was good value as contrasted with other options. The room was pet-friendly, besides it had a microwave oven and a refrigerator, just in case. The location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, in the center!

Highway noise was disturbing even with the curtains closed. Ask for a room on the other side of the building if you like it quiet.

The location was convenient and quiet. Met extremely helpful staff on to the next shift. Central Church of Christ was within walking distance of the hotel. My pet-friendly and well-kept room included a comfortable bed, a writing desk, an iron, and a dresser.

The room here is pet-friendly and includes a private bathroom, microwave, and refrigerator, located in a comfortable and quiet area.

Magazines at front desk were nice and sofa in lobby was comfortable to sit in.

1.Room was dirty and shabby-- with empty beer can in trash, floor filthy, furniture stained, chipped, and worn-- bathrooms in room and off lobby were not well stocked or very clean. 2.Staff was borderline-rude. I requested ground floor room when booking-- had to beg for ground floor room when checking in. Check in clerk was not at front desk for at least 5 minutes-- no sign, no way to contact her. I was checking in during late afternoon. 3. Hypervigilant staff removed my bag from under my breakfast table to front desk during the 3 minutes I took getting breakfast. There was no one else in there. Coffee was weak and eggs were powdered. 4. The hotel charged me double as a security deposit until someone checked my room to verify I had not run off with hotel room furnishings. Had to wait for the room check to be completed before leaving. Nothing like that has ever happened to me before. 5. Rooms had poor sound insulation from each other and from interstate.

This place was clean, and the staff on the next shift were friendly.

The hospitality of the staff was outstanding. The woman who normally works in the Laundry Room was, for the first time, in charge of the Breakfast Buffet - - and she did a marvelous job with super results.

My rating of the location takes into account the possible hazard of the outdoor power lines that are quite close to the rear of the building - - as they likely are radiating EMF (Electro Magnetic Field) to occupants on the rear of the building.

The location of Red Roof Inn Martinsburg was comfortable and perfect, right near all the stores, restaurants, the city center, gas station. Additionally, the deluxe double room we requested was well-kept.
