The location is convienent, right off US-31.

My bed was comfortable and the pool was very nice.

The rooms were also very small and the bathroom was like a little outhouse that is how tiny it was.

Prominence on the the best places to eat nearby and the one room would have even been big enough to accomidate all of us.

Great stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hot tub was nice.

Nice rooms, friendly staff and many amenities.

Breakfast area were impeccably clean and hotel staff was friendly.

The breakfast area was very clean and the owners went out of their way to see that our stay was as good as possible.

Close by is an array of fast food restaurants (McDonalds, Wendy's, Taco Bell) as well as a Pizza Hut and Big Boy's.

Not to mention, the "expanded" continental breakfast was a joke, bad fruit, lack of variety.

Breakfast was bagels, muffins, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee.

Very nice hotel, long Lake Lovely Loons and desk staff were very friendly.

Great gateway to manistee and the staff were extremely friendly.

Pool area was clean, the hotel staff was very friendly and aARP rates made really reasonable.

After our first trip to the pool, I wanted to shower before going to dinner.

High speed internet was also very easily accessible.

    When we first arrived, the lobby was decorated for Easter and the staff were relatively friendly. The swimming pool/spa was very nice, a little cold, but still nice. Sometime in the middle of the night, our toilet stopped working (would not flush). I had to run down to the bathroom downstairs 3 times in the early morning.

    After our first trip to the pool, I wanted to shower before going to dinner. Housekeeping had to fix it (wait about 30 minutes). When we reported it to the front desk, they did nothing to fix it, therefore we had to keep running downstairs, we have a 4 year old too, so do you know what a pain this was. When we asked what the front desk could do for us, they said NOTHING. Not to mention, the "expanded" continental breakfast was a joke, bad fruit, lack of variety. The rooms were also very small and the bathroom was like a little outhouse that is how tiny it was.

    Pool area was clean, the hotel staff was very friendly and aARP rates made really reasonable. The service was great, owners were excellent and check-in was fast and courteous. Room was fine and breakfast was good.
