The hotel is a great starting point to explore Lubbock, with really helpful staff and a fantastic manager. the cleaning staff is efficient. There are plenty of good dining options available nearby. Conveniently located in one of the nicest areas of town, close to Lubbock and Texas.

Enjoyed my 2-night stay here. The staff were all so nice and friendly👌. The indoor common area was comfy and convenient.

Easy to find and comfortable

The staff didnt make sure the room was adequately stocked so when we left they called us and accused us of taking pillows, said there should have been 8 but there were only five at time of check in. Then said we took towels, we didnt even use their towels they were to stiff and scratchy, we went to Walmart and bought our own. He was very rude to my sister and said that we wouldnt be charged for them but also told her not to come back to his hotel.
