Got a room at a good price, and the beds were super comfy. 🛏️ Having a fridge and microwave in the room was a nice bonus. Great location, close to the highway for easy access.

The person who checked me in was a touch combative concerning my reservation because I checked a cash reservation when I reserved online. I had to show her the confirmation and ultimately pay with a credit card. Not real good on the customer service end, but maybe she was just having an "off" day

The breakfast was enjoyable, we had a wonderful time visiting Hershey Park and the proximity to grocery shopping was convenient.

Rooms were clean and comfortable

I had a problem with my credit card and the lady at the desk could really have cared less. I told her I would be back in a bit because I had to run to the college as we were already late. When I came back she had cancelled my reservation stating well you were gone so long ( it was about a half hour) She did fix it but I think you should be allowed to break up payment if need be with either cash and a credit card. If you can...well I was told we couldn't. Thank God my husband had a credit card with him or we would have had to drive home or stay in my sons dorm room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price point and proximity to food and convenient stores are great. First floor rooms are excellent. Second floor and lobby currently under construction. Third floor rooms will be updated soon. Enjoyed the cheese omelets, cozy sitting room with Christmas tree. Convenient location near Moose's Restaurant & Bar and routes 72 & 81. Modern decor and technology, functional kitchen area with new appliances. Furniture and bed linen in great condition.

Nice an good price

The property is fantastic, with incredibly friendly staff and a great location in a wonderful area. The room had very comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located next to Jonestown, PA and various dining options. We enjoyed the delicious local cuisine served in the restaurant.

The rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes, even though we had requested a non-smoking room. There were also water leaks in the bathroom and air conditioner, which resulted in wet carpets and an uncomfortable environment.

The staff here were really nice and helpful, giving me all the info I needed. The room I booked had two comfy beds and looked really fancy. 🛏️ I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fresh rolls and cheese, which was a nice surprise.

Continental breakfast was not that good, but then again, it never is. The reuse your towels thing to save energy was a little creepy...I understand the logic behind it, but still a little creepy.

We had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express Jonestown Ft Indiantown Gap during our recent stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a pleasing interior, and we appreciated the privacy window shades. The free wifi and outlets for media charging were convenient amenities. We also liked that the hotel provided a breakfast bag, even though there was no continental meal available. I would recommend this hotel.
