  The location is great, the place just felt like needed a bit of a shake up and the staff is very courteous and helpful. And the food is fresh and cheap, big Pool and even bigger sauna.

  The area was very clean and for the kids the water park was just great. The stuff was friendly, all venues were wheelchair accessible and the staff were helpful and courteous at all times. The beds were comfortable and food was excellent.

  The gaming area for kids is great and kids do love that area, the place just felt like needed a bit of a shake up, my room must have been updated recently. The breakfast that is included is not too bad, pool is way too hot.

  Good price, excellent Hotel and the staff were accomodating, friendly and wonderful. The rooms were clean and the mattress was comfortable, and we enjoyed a great Sunday at Colosanti's. The food was delicious, my dinner was fabulous and pool was too hot.

  Great value for the money, service was amazing and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was free and wonderful, the waitress was very friendly, most of all the pool/waterslide facility was awesome.

  I just returned from 3 nights at this hotel and great service. The room smelled clean and the food was good and there was a wide variety on the menu.

  The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was very good and included in the price of the room.

  This hotel was bad and at least the towels were clean and fairly new. Our coffee was not replenished and coffee pot left dirty.

  The staff were friendly, our room was very clean and had a patio door to the atrium, the continental breakfast in the morning was normal and enough to get you going.

  The staff for our check in and checking out was friendly, the bathroom was very nice and the bed and linens were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

  All in all a very good choice for kids, food excellent and the facilities are great.

  Same 70's decor, not to mention damp and smelly, lake Erie is full of bacteria and the beaches are dirty.

  Fantastic coffee too and nice facilities for the kids.

  Our stay wasn't perfect, expensive and not worth the price, the front desk staff were very unfriendly and ignorent. The room never was cleaned.
