This hotel would be considered a moderate 2 star hotel but the price I paid was in the 4 to 5 star range and not worth half of that.
I will not book a room at this hotel in the future.
He kept insisting I needed to pay a higher price for my rooms and would not listen to me or read the paper.
He then tried to charge me AGAIN for the rooms that were already paid for!
He just handed me my paper back and the room keys.
The front desk person was very rude and argued with me over my reservations made online, even though he had my PRINTED reservations in his hand!
I told him I was calling the 800 customer service number he said "yes, you should".
Skip this hotel, the staff needs a class in how to treat guests.
After 10 minutes he finally admitted my reservations were correct.
All I got after filing a complaint was an excuse apology blaming mixed guests reservations and a new computer program.
