  I don't believe the room had been cleaned from the prior visit, only the beds were made (sort of). There were cigarette ashes everywhere, mold and mildew in the bathroom, water stains on the ceiling, and a nice hole punched in the wall.

  Drink caps were behind the dressers from prior visits, and dirty towels were left from prior visitors. The hotel did not honor the reservation request of a non smoking room. Check in person said they had trouble with reservations booked over the internet.

  Our room had an overwhelming pet urine smell, the carpets were filthy, the bathtub was so nasty I wouldn't let my children take a bath, and there was a beer and cigarette smoking party going on in the inside pool area.
