Days Inn Hartford/Closest Downtown - 哈特福德

It was in a good location right off highway.

Rooms were dirty, stained, smelled of mold, cigarette stains on the tub (in a no smoking room), stains on mattress, hair on towels, fruit flies in breakfast area.

There were cigarette burns on the comforter in my nonsmoking room, which smelled like smoke.

But we checked in with my young son and small dog to a noisy, dirty room (as in hairs on the sheets and pillows).

The place smelled of smoke and the room was filthy looking not at all what I expected.

There were cars driving up and down outside next to our room all night with people screaming and music blaring.

The man at reception was really friendly, and he suggested me a good fish restaurant very close to hotel.

Nice staff, the continental breakfast is fine.

Chowder Pot restaurant is in walking distance (YUM!

I should have turned around and walked out the door as soon as I saw the front desk attendant behind bullet-proof glass!

I love Days Inn and stay with them frequently, but I made the mistake of making this reservation without seeing a picture or knowing anything about the area.

Not the most pleasant place to stay and good for the price.

But after riding down in the elevator with a prostitute (fish net stockings, knee high boots, ultra mini skirt, and ultra long curling finger nails) as she spoke on her cell phone and hopped in the waiting cab out front, I began to get the picture.

The room was enormous, (considering the medium nyc room hotel), clean, and quiet.

A very friendly staff and the room was clean.

The room could have used some updating but it was clean and for a 1 night stay, I didn't need anything more.
