  Great view of the river and nice place. The price was also very reasonable and the staff were extremely kind. The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean and the continental breakfast was just ok.

  The lamp shade was melted and flaking off onto the floor, and lastly, the pools were nasty.

  Beautiful view friendly staff and loved our room being on the river side being able to listen to the stream/water. Overall a very nice hotel would recommend to others, bed is very comfortable.

  The continental breakfast wasn't anything to write home about and there's nothing bad to say about free Krispy Kremes.

  I liked the river, nice location and hotel was built in the seventies and was listed as too new to have reviews on. The staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable and the fridge was bigger than I expected. The breakfast was very good and the pool was clean and adequate.

  The river is very nice and you have a balcony to sit and watch, the location is great, best smelling hotel room I have ever stayed in. Staff is accommodating and helpful.

  The view was wonderful, probably the best hotel bed I've ever slept in and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and continental breakfast was good.

  The location was excellent as our trip centered around the ripley' and the hotel was clean. The staff were awesome and the hot tub was a nice feature also. The breakfast was great.

  Our view of the river was wonderful, this hotel was great and the front desk guy was great, friendly helpful. The room was spotless and the fireplace and firewood was nice also. The breakfast was really good i was totally suprised.

  Our room was nice and clean we returned on from being out in the city, staff at the desk were very pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

  The hotel was not i expected and not to the standards we have stayed in before in gatlinburg, the breakfast selection was very limited.

  The view was beautiful overlooked the river and the hotel was clean and the on the parkway. Staff were nice there, the bed was soft and very comfortable.

  We initially picked this location because was extremely reasonable and we liked the location, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was very nice sized and the bed was very comfy.

  This stay was part of my honeymoon trip and was an unpleasant two days, the continental breakfast was ridiculous.

  Our view overlooked the river and the room was quiet, the staff were also great, front desk said was just the Bed Taxes. The fireplace was nice.
