  The location is great, anywhere else in town would be better than here and the outside of the building was nice and everything is in walking distance. The staff are fantastic, the king rooms are big and the breakfast could contain some hot entrees.

  That place is nasty, nasty and •no fitted sheets, bottom sheet not tucked in. The pools are old and not maintained.

  On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the location was excellent, the decor was updated. And, the price was not that much cheaper, bed was clean and complimentary breakfast was donuts and coffee out of plastic cups.

  The maids were not wonderful and pillows were just as uncomfortable.

  The staff were very helpful and location was great, beds were comfortable. The breafast bar has got to be improved and kept clean, continental breakfast was ok.

  The location is great and is within walking distance of everything that Gatlinburg has to offer, the staff is friendly and helpful.

  This hotel set a new standard for our family's definition of nasty hotels, the water in the shower could not be regulated and I wasn't about to sit down in the tub, breakfast could be better.

  We liked the central location to sights and sounds of Gatlinburg, good stay, the staff were super friendly. The room was very large.
