The room was pet-friendly, which was great. The staff was efficient. I loved having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a small fridge, and a microwave oven in the room.

It had a nice tv. Pool was small but serviceable.

The staff was rude.They were stingy on towels. They only provided us with 2 towels for 4 people, and when I tried asking for more, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience, and that I was lying to get more towels. Not sure why. They tried to not honor the price I got on Booked.net. As a matter of fact, they were blatantly disbelieving of the deal I got. I had to look it up on the site for them again. Bathroom looked like it needed work. Room was hot because the air was off, but that is understandable. Fridge and freezer were not very cold. Cleaning staff did not replace the coffee, or any soap, shampoo, or cups. Most definitely will not go back again.

The location was efficient for accessing the Smoky Mountains. The staff was very nice and outstandingly accommodating. Conveniently located next to Gadsden for a relaxing night off the highway.

The food selection could have been much better considering what we paid for the room.

It was pleasantly cool inside.

I did not receive the bed I requested. The mat in the tub was horrible. The floor was in need of cleaning between the night stand and the bed.

It was nice and quiet here, and the staff were friendly. Our room was tidy and cozy, and we had a great time. Really liked how close it was to the racetrack! 🏁

The breakfast here offers a wide variety of options, the rooms have king size beds and are pet-friendly, and the hotel's convenient location near an industrial area and restaurant makes it a good value for the price.

Great location for going to talladega

Had reservations for 2 nights and because my credit card declined owner cancelled my reservations. Also, rebooked room for what we thought was for 2 nights and was charged 163.00 for 1 night!!! Owner told us reservation was for only 1 night when we came back to room from race. Was very rude too!!! Even the housekeeping lady said these people were crazy!!!! Will not be back and would not recommend this place!!!!!

The room had a comfy bed, renovated lately, and the staff were very supportive; also, the venue was conveniently close to restaurants, shopping.

As a solo traveler, I appreciated the accommodating staff who allowed early check-in for my group, the clean and comfortable room with a spacious bed, and the inclusion of a fridge and microwave. I also enjoyed the free HBO and wifi, and the simple but satisfying breakfast with good coffee.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a family wedding that weekend and although it was a very busy weekend for the hotel (Talladega races), the owner and staff went up and beyond to group our rooms next to each other and also have them ready for early check in so we could get ready for our event. Really nice people!
