The staff was incredibly nice and pleasant. We liked the spotless room with TV and 2 queen beds. The bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets was a plus.

The staff were accommodating. The room was great-sized and updated with internet and 2 queen beds. A microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge were provided if needed. Its location was quiet right off the freeway.

Here, I enjoyed a spacious and modern room equipped with a microwave and two comfortable queen beds, and the area was peaceful and conveniently close to all the places I wanted to visit.

The location here is great, situated in a quiet area near parking, the interstate, and a station, and the queen room comes equipped with a microwave oven.

Appreciated Douglasville, the hotel was nice right by the highway. The staff were incredibly nice and pleasant and check-in was quick. The location was peaceful - close to stores and restaurants, and a station. Also, it was 20 mins drive from Deer Lick Park.

The hotel is conveniently located near numerous shopping malls, making it convenient for guests to go shopping during their stay. Additionally, the hotel has shower walls, which adds a touch of elegance to the bathrooms. The rooms also come with a storage shed for guests to conveniently store their belongings. All in all, for the rate, location, and accommodations, we would definitely stay here again.

There have been some complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms and the attitude of the staff.

The bathroom had not been cleaned. There were no towels in the room. I asked for a room change and was told the room was OK.

everything was nice except the bottom of the bathtub was just a little rough and so was to bottom of the pool .

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a large mini-fridge and a comfortable oversized chair. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great with good water pressure. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was right off the highway, making it easily accessible.

There were several negative aspects to my stay. Secondly, the room service was lacking as they didn't make the beds or provide clean towels for my multi-day stay.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean. The hotel facilities were renovated, and you can tell that the rooms used to be kitchenettes. The location was convenient, as it was near numerous shopping malls and close to attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

The unit was off when we got to the room which made for a very muggy atmosphere the first 90 minutes

The bed was actually very comfortable.

The air conditioners may need to be serviced. Compressor froze up several times which caused the air to not blow cold.
