The staff was friendly. The rooms were brand new and had a fridge. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice part of town. Close to South Dayton with easy access to shopping at Dayton Mall, the golf course, and many modern eateries.

The room was a decent size with a fridge and I thoroughly enjoyed the original-style building. There were climate control, flat screen TV with cable channels and a microwave provided...

Older place, needs updating. Non smoking room smelled heavily of past smoking. Paint not cleaned up from furniture and carpet.,missing door knob to bathroom. Trash can in staircase overflowing.

Booked a room with a fridge, it was in a good part of town, right by the Dayton mall and several restaurants.

There was nothing to like.

First of all they overcharged for the room. They said they never received a conformation from you.Room had no microwave as advertised, tv remote did not work, bath light kept going out, bath door would not shut, bed was like laying on springs only.

Those who come to this place will enjoy the great location, as it is near a movie theater, various restaurants, and a spacious mall.

Enjoyed my stay in brand-new and quiet rooms equipped with a fridge and a tub, the staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, and the location was superb in a good part of town!

Modern and clean hotel. Nice building and rooms with queen bed. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Favourable location to a miniature golf course.

Staff was nice.

The room was dirty , the bed had old sheets on it, no towels in the room, had to call and ask for them. The tub/ shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time , tub had a hole in it, couldn't adjust ac. Noisy due to a group partying . The carpet had not vacuumed in awhile, plus being old and worn. Overall 3.3 was to good a rating. Maybe a minus 3.3, at best. I am in the Dayton area every other weekend for business and I can say without a doubt I will never stay there again.

The room we had was brand-new with a fridge. The staff was wonderfully friendly. Comfy and superior location, right by South Dayton with easy access to shopping at Dayton Mall and surrounding stores. Located near the highway, a mall, movie theater, and restaurants. In a good part of town.

It was a convenient location for our travel across country. They accommodated our cat which was important. The rooms did a decent job of keeping out loud noises. It was clean but not spotless.

The A.C. barely worked and was super loud. There was a group of people barbecuing in the parking lot until 2am. Cops were in the parking lot when we got there. We asked for a queen sized bed and they gave us two twins. We got a non smoking room, but it was musky and smelled like people had been smoking in it. If you have the money to spend, look at some of the nicer places in the area.

The location of this place is convenient, situated in a nice area of town with spacious rooms featuring a fridge, bathtub, and comfortable pillow-top mattress.

Brand-new rooms and amicable staff. Great service at all times. Nice pool to relax in. Location is a short walk to many modern eateries and an impressive mall. Nearby Logans Roadhouse is a great place to chill out.

Pool wasn't working Toilet ran all night Ice machine broke Breakfast with Nats flying around all the food. Very dissatisfied with the room, we have reservations for 4 nights at a Days Inn with my daughters softball team in Columbus, IN....Contemplating changing the teams reservation due to the finding of this facility.
