  Great location for kennedy and a clean, functional room, very enjoyable stay, clean and spacious @ good rates. The staff were helpful and beds and pillows were very comfortable. All the food was warm.

  The breakfast area is clean and we enjoyed, great budget proprty and we will definitely be back. Rooms are very clean, room service was very good, the employees are very friendly and helpful.

  Good value for money and excellent service. Rooms had basic amenities as well as a fridge and microwave, staff were helpfull and gave us great suggestions for dinner.

  This place was great, front desk was friendly and pleasant, the next room smelled too, just not as bad. The breakfast each morning was very good.

  We rented a car from budget car rental and was a quick drive to return the car, the front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful, professional. The staff were friendly, the internet worked and the pool was great.

  Good value for location, near beach and restaurants, just fine for an overnight stay. The price was very reasonable and the lobby staff were mediochre at best. Maid service was excellent, the bathrooms were very clean and the shower was spotless, continental breakfast was better than most.

  The location is great and towards Merritt Island, the Merritt Square Mall is about 15 min. The free breakfast at the hotel is excellent, for the money the overall experience doesn't get any better than this and the reception is manned 24hrs and the staff were courteous at all times. Rooms are comfortable, good looks and mini fridge and microwave are a nice bonus and not added extras.

  The shower feels really good after spending the day at the beach, great Location and the hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and informative, breakfast was adequate.

  Location was excellent for trip to kennedy space center and shuttle launch, my stay at your hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and rooms were fine. Breakfast was more than expected and tasted very good.
