The location was unbeatable and comfortable to Hershey Park, better than we ever had before now. Besides, it was so close to the fairgrounds.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The staff was ACCOMMODATING, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. I took a stocked and brand-new room with a/c as well as bathtub. I was pleased with great service.

Brand-new room, well-stocked with air conditioning, WiFi plus bathtub, attentive staff. Great service and quiet location short walk to fairgrounds and Turnpike and 78. Also, to Hershey Park.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the highway, making it easily accessible. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The newly redecorated rooms in the newer wing are comfortable and pleasant. The staff is courteous and helpful.

We felt really welcomed during our stay and had no complaints.

Knowledgeable staff and the location was quiet...

Hotel is modern, with particularly nice breakfast, and location is favourable just next door to Carlisle Fairgrounds as well as Gettysburg. The rooms are wonderful and decent sized, with central heating, flat-screen TV and a microwave.

I loved a nice size rooms with 2 beds. The staff was helpful in any situation. The location was perfect and comfy, just next door to Gettysburg, good restaurants, and Turnpike and 78. Also, Penn State Dickinson Law was 1 mile away from the venue.

Brand-new hotel in a good area close to Turnpike, grocery store, and Carlisle Fairgrounds. Really kind staff members, adequate and fairly quiet rooms with a bathtub and a/c, for example.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a good restaurant nearby for late-night dining. the beds in the room were comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after a long day of driving in the rain.

the TV only had 6 local channels and required connecting to a Roku with a smartphone to access other shows. the shower curtain in the bathroom did not cover the bottom of the shower, resulting in water splashing all over the floor.

We especially liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially in locating a nearby pharmacy. The children loved the pool and made some friends there.

The hotel's location was marvellous and incredible, to grocery store with a market and a grocery store within walking distance.

The breakfast was nice with good choice of items. The location was absolutely perfect and comfy, near restaurants!

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, clean room, accommodating front desk, easy checkout.

bathroom was unclean. rubber mat in the tub hadn't been removed and cleaned for a very long time, as it was black and pitted with mold.
