  Great location and there is nothing I can say that I would class as good about the hotel. Far enough away from the Services not to feel a part of.

  Had to purchase water to make a hot drink and not being able to get a meal.

  Excellent location for access from Fishguard Ferry to Cardiff City and good size room.

  A simple direction stating that the hotel is located in the Sarn Services would have helped enormously and i know the rates are high on Rugby weekend.

  The location was quiet its proximity to the motorway, the second night of stay I was happy the sofa bed had been made up in room 5 and the staff were not only very friendly and welcoming. The shower in the bathroom was very good.

  Excellent location and the hotel room was nice and spacious. In addition the staff were polite, the bed was comfortable and keen to ensure I found just I was looking for I went out for an evening meal.
