00 after I canceled the block of rooms and failed to ask for a cancelation number (didn't know this was my job) and the desk employee failed to offer me one.
We could watch our daughter without having to actually be in the pool room.
Without a phone call or email any contact this Day's inn charged my account without my knowledge or approval $1000.
The continental breakfast was the only area that could use some improvements.
The check-in and check-out staff were very pleasant and helpful.
I have never dealt with people as uncooperative, or unethical as the hotel manager and owner.
The pool area is very nice and is visable from the front desk and lobby through a glass wall.
