  Refrigerator would barely cool to about 58 degrees, clean Rooms.

  The location is excellent and this hotel is the best value in Binghamton. The staff is friendly and helpful, your heating system is ancient.

  The tv's in the rooms are the old style crt tv's and the telephones have to be 30 years old, none of the lamps worked, again no answer at front desk.

  Not one of days inns better hotels and the continental breakfast was a good way to start the day for a long drive home. For the reasonable price , we were very happy and staff were courteous and helpful. Bed and shower were fine.

  Its a cheap place to stay, very reasonable rates and overall Clean at a resonable price for a stop over. A kind and attentive staff, very nice room. Oh, and the continental breakfast.

  Rickety elevator, dirty ceiling tiles, bedspreads and pool closed.

  Great place for the lawless and uncivilized to stay for the evening, microtel, Super 8 for the same price. Good for a stop over, nice staff and the first room we were shown hadn't been cleaned. The breakfast was just fine and available early in the morning.

  This hotel was on the top of my list for the worst hotels we had ever seen and the breakfast on the first day was very limited.
