  In an excellent location, also within 10 minutes away from family and clean , friendly ,nothing was too much trouble for this great hotel and its staff. The price was very good, the lady at the front desk was rude and checkout was quick and painless. The room was clean, spacious, breakfast was ok, the pool was fine.

  The location was convenient and hotel was clean, front desk was helpful. For such a reasonable price, we were holding our breath, the morning staff were friendly and informative, the room was very clean, quiet. The breakfast was really good and facilities were clean.

  The location is excellent and just a place to sleep before going to Biltmore Estate. The staff here is super, the rooms are large and have a microwave and a small fridge, big pillows are nice.

  The room was nice and clean and had a lovely view of the mountains, the hotel was awesome, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was spacious and the breakfast was quite acceptable and was kept restocked as needed.
