Great value location during the offseason on our way to Biltmore and for a budget hotel has a good breakfast.

There are some much nicer hotels in the area for a few more dollars (and sometimes even less, if you pay the standard rate).

I normally would not stay in a (hotwire rated) 2 star hotel, but since Asheville was expensive and the location was so close to downtown, it was a fair deal.

It was in a good location, right next to the mall and plenty of food options and only 10 minutes away from Biltmore, but it could use a major renovation.

The location was great, right by the mall, and down the road was dowtown, and not to mention the handfull of places to eat close by!

I will definitely stay at this location again!

The location was good, hotel employees were pleasant and the lobby was great.

The room was very nice, it was clean, and the bed was comferable.

I've stayed in alot of hotel rooms, 99% time the bed and pillows suck.

My room was a good size (king bed) and clean, and the pool area was nice.

We have always gotten the room we need,downstairs King Bed.

The rooms are being updated with new carpet and new goose neck shower heads provide tall guest a little more room in the tight bath/shower.

The complimentary breakfast bar was beyond expectations.

The staff was nice, the room was large and the breakfast bar was great - there was a lot to choose from.

Good service in the dining room, convenient to restaurants.

After waiting on the grumpy guy to make himself a snack from the breakfast food for the next morning, he would not give us another one because it worked in his machine.

The best part of our stay was the breakfast that was included.

Ur room will look nothing like the updated lobby and morning front desk staff more helpful.

Not bad for the money, large TV in the lobby as well as one computer and front desk staff was so helpful.

Front desk staff was a little slow with some things, but no big deal.

Everything you could think of, and the staff was kind, and very helpful.

I ended up parking in the last spot just so I wouldn't worry about my car getting dinged by someone's door.

We had no time to use the outdoor pool but it looked clean.

There is a swimming pool, very clean and well-maintained, but we never saw anyone using it.

Great stay, nice staff and my room was pefectly clean.

Stay at various hotel chains to see is out there, the rooms are clean and free hot breakfast is worth.

Clean rooms, great restaurants in Asheville including Zambra for great tapas/platos.

Lobby is impeccably clean and comfortable, the rooms are being updated.

The room was clean and the complementary breakfast was AWESOME.

    The location was good, hotel employees were pleasant and the lobby was great. The desk staff was accomodating, towels were clean as was the bathroom and pillows were nice. The breakfast was awesome especially on weekends.

    The location is convenient and this hotel is great you are a frequent traveler on a budget. Ur room will look nothing like the updated lobby and morning front desk staff more helpful. The breakfast buffet is well stocked.

    Its a short drive to the entrance of the Biltmore Estate, the shower is very small and the mattresses here are very old.
